The museum was ok, not super engaging for little ones. Some of the displays were entertaining but a lot of them needed explanations or were designed for adult-led play. What was shocking to us was all the staff was just standing around chatting. None of the employees explained the arts and crafts stations, they were all standing in a semi circle and chatting and did not acknowledge visitors. Another employee was sitting in a corner on her phone scrolling. Definitely won’t be coming back.

We really liked this place, we visited just the half for smaller kids, there was also upstairs for bigger ones. But even then we spent there half a day, one of the best attractions was actually outside, where those water fountains were installed and kids could push the button and turn the wheels to let the water flow. Then inside is big soft slipway, on which they can compete and roll with each other. Also those other attractions were really nice.

Not a big museum, there are a lot of food-themed interactions inside, and kids love it.

Good place for children. Has two zones: for little children and older. Little zone with soft surface, not is big but interesting for child from 2 to 5. Older zone make you cooking. In this zone also we received some food for testing and possibility to receive gift in sonnentor shop (it was marmalade).

Great concept for kids. They can (currently) learn very easy about time and tact. Various stations from train stations to bakery and other professions. Also some stations about patience or others where time matters (fire station) can be explored. Another station was on saison to learn about its specifics. Was a great experience.

Education and interactive play for both preschoolers and school children. Be aware that there's a lot of things to do there, so try to visit early enough (we had 3 hours and wanted more). Also, if you liked this, Graz also has the COSA - Centre for Science Activities, which is similar but mostly for kids 12-up, chech out that too when in Graz

Every time we are in Graz we go to the kids museum. It has changing exhibitions and is always a great place to go. The themes are interactive and you learn while playing. The staff is very patient and engaging. Sometimes the age description does not fit (the "everything grows" exhibitions last time was declared for age 3-7 but was a bit boring for my 6 year old) but there are always other floors and the shop is really great!
